Catering profit and capacity intelligence

Know the margin before you say yes.

Cost a catering event before you accept it. Fidorva shows the margin, the lowest price that meets your target and the risks behind the numbers — then keeps a record of what you decided and what actually happened.

A decision, not a database

Fidorva is not another catering CRM. It answers one question for each enquiry: can we deliver this event at a margin we are happy with?

  • Real cost, not a guess

Food, labour with its on-costs, rentals, transport and overhead — each line with where the figure came from and how confident you are in it.

  • The price that protects your margin

Fidorva works out the lowest price that meets your target margin, and tells you when no price can.

  • Gaps and risks, flagged

Thin margins, a budget below cost and missing information are called out before you commit, with the reason for each.

  • Scenarios side by side

Duplicate a costing to try a different price, guest count or set of costs, and compare the two. The original is never changed.

  • Your own rate library

Keep the rates you pay for labour, food and hire in one place and start new cost lines from them.

  • Estimate against actual

After the event, record what it really cost. Fidorva separates what changed because the event was a different size from what changed because costs ran over.

How it works

The same six steps for every enquiry, from first request to what the event actually made.

  1. Create the event

Date, guests, customer, venue, currency and the price on the table. Fidorva starts a baseline costing from your settings.

  2. Cost it

Add cost lines by hand or from your rate library, with overhead, tax and service charge from your costing settings.

  3. Read the verdict

See the margin, the minimum price for your target and what is missing or at risk — every figure with the assumption behind it.

  4. Try alternatives

Duplicate the baseline, change what you are unsure about and compare the two costings.

  5. Record your decision

Accept, accept with conditions, renegotiate or decline, with your reasons. The figures are kept as they stood when you decided.

  6. Record what happened

After the event, enter the actual revenue, guests, hours and costs, and see where the estimate was right and where it was not.

Every assumption visible. Every number explainable.

Fidorva never invents a price, a labour rate or a margin, and it never hides the assumption behind one. Where the information does not support an answer it says so, because a confident wrong number is worse than an honest gap.

Fidorva is a decision tool for individual events. It is not accounting software and does not replace advice from your accountant.
